It is so nice to buy from a store that has been selling goods for three generations of family. Francisco (who speaks very good English,) helped me decide which washing machine was the best for my needs. He delivered it the next day - helped by his assistant. Connected it and thoroughly checked it was in working order. He then kindly took his time to explain every feature and function on the control panel. Answering any questions I had. He took away the old washing machine. I am reassured that it has a 3 year guarantee. Francisco is a kind and lovely gentleman, the service and speed of delivery makes me wonder why we don’t buy the things we need from stores such as his more often. Stop buying online and use these wonderful family run shops before they disappear forever! I thoroughly recommend Francisco and his fabulous store- the next time I need any electronics device it’s to his shop I will go to. Thank you so much- best wishes, Simon

Top service,delivered a fridge and removed the old fridge freezer,which involved him taking 2 doors off it to get it through kitchen door. We appreciate the time and effort they took to remove the doors especially considering it was quite late,muchas gracias

Over the last few years I've bought all sorts of electrical goods here - TV, fridge, washing machine, freezer etc etc and this time all I wanted was an HDMI cable - quite a minor purchase - but I received the same quality service from Francisco as always. This guy is so knowledgeable and friendly. On this occasion I didn't need delivery - I took the cable with me 💪😄😉 - but I would also like to mention that previously he delivered my purchases - a delivery that some other suppliers had refused...200m on foot plus two flights of stairs...not only delivered, but with a smile too; he even took the time to go through the instructions. He is a gem. I sincerely recommend him.

We have brought several appliances at this shop. Most have a 3 year warranty. We bought a washing machine and it was delivered and fitted. The shop owner even checked for leaks, then went through the programmes with me. They even removed the old machine. The owner also speaks English too. We always use this shop for anything electrical. It's a small shop but full of every electrical appliance you can think of. The prices are competitive too. A must for your electrical needs!
