It is so nice to buy from a store that has been selling goods for three generations of family. Francisco (who speaks very good English,) helped me decide which washing machine was the best for my needs. He delivered it the next day - helped by his assistant. Connected it and thoroughly checked it was in working order. He then kindly took his time to explain every feature and function on the control panel. Answering any questions I had. He took away the old washing machine. I am reassured that it has a 3 year guarantee. Francisco is a kind and lovely gentleman, the service and speed of delivery makes me wonder why we don’t buy the things we need from stores such as his more often. Stop buying online and use these wonderful family run shops before they disappear forever! Ordered a new Beko washing machine Saturday. It was delivered Monday afternoon. Perfectly installed with detailed demonstration and instructions (I've never had that before!) Packaging taken away. Fantastic customer service. Muchas gracias.

We have brought several appliances at this shop. Most have a 3 year warranty. We bought a washing machine and it was delivered and fitted. The shop owner even checked for leaks, then went through the programmes with me. They even removed the old machine. The owner also speaks English too. We always use this shop for anything electrical. It's a small shop but full of every electrical appliance you can think of. The prices are competitive too. A must for your electrical needs!

Tuvimos un problema con la instalación del aire acondicionado, tras hablar con el instalador y no darnos ninguna solución, fui a la tienda para hablar con Francisco y en seguida nos dio una solución. Una persona profesional y muy entregado a sus clientes.

Took the time and effort to look into and explain the difference in models. Provided next day delivery and set everything up and took away old model. I am not often impressed but was on this occasion. Would highly recommend.
